Don't eat that shit. If you gotta go to a grocery store, stay out of the middle isles. There's nothing good in the middle isles other than toilet paper. Everything else is on the far outside.

Ideally you shouldn't eat anything from the supermarket. Almost none of it is good for you, but if you gotta go there stay away from the inside isles.

While mostly true there always seems to be that one item directly in the middle-top of the aisle. The one brand/type that doesn't have the HFCS, soy, soybean oil, canola oil, shitloads of sugar, or massive loads of salt.

Yes, I spent 20+ minutes looking for plain horseradish sauce, only to find it in the oddest of places nowhere near any other sauce.

There is a huge lag in the data. Kids that got very sick in the forties have a reduced life expectancy but that isn't recorded until they die in their seventies. Kids that didn't get sick die in their eighties.
