Are you saying that if we stop using oil we will put Earth out of business?

OK, let's go on that premise. Explain then, why oil producers keep moving into more and more inaccessible locations to harvest oil. Why don't they start going back to the land based oil rigs that have "refilled" themselves since that would be WAY more economical than drilling in the middle of the ocean or in the arctic or even dumber, tar sands? Why haven't the oil companies gone for the easy buck by re-utilizing those land based oil fields?

Oh yeah it's because abiotic oil is bullshit.

You can make gasoline from trees. Step one learn to make wood gas( basically distill wood. Heat it up in a vessel and the oils shoot up( with water and impurities) and you collect the oil and if you want the gas( though it will cool down and your vessel will have oils plus it has impurities)). Then you crack it. The impurities and oils want to break down, you use a catalyst( metal surface often which is a surface with lots of loose ions so they can interact with the material making it decompose easier( the ions do return to the metal)). Using a catylitic converter( platinum) would be better than copper because it would not get the same oxide coating( either platinum oxides flake away or it doesn't form oxides). You could gold plate the copper. so create a mesh of radiator in a sealed vessel and distill the tar/creosol/ or wood directly into this through it and you will crack it down into simple gasses like butane and propane as well as your targets of diesel and gasoline. Viscosity and boiling point and clarity can be used to tell what you are collecting, multiple stages of collection ( into a bottle with a hole in the top to another pipe into the next one) would get the temperature drop stages to have more of similar oils. gas is octane. It will be very dirty. The wood first separate method would be best( I would use the gas after a pipe away with a one way "check" valve to just fuel the burner again. Lots of water and such in it.) because you could pump it through a filter. Water ( but it could boil) or sawdust( which you can put in next time and recollect the tars plus get the oils from). Pump through this and out the top ( using a fan to pull the air or something). and into your vessel to collect. You could instead of using the expanding gas heated up cook the wood and pipe from the center( important to get lots of gas) of the burning flame. You would need to pipe into it to feed the flame and then suck out to get your desired materials. This would burn lots of the oils you want to keep though and be less efficient. If you measure and control the temperatures of your capture vessels you could get more pure gas and diesel ( and you could rerefine it again to crack it more or seperate it more). Your vessel would need to be able to hold lots of pressure. Even the poorly refined fuel from an ad hoc setup could be used for gas. A low grade kerosine. The diesel would be better because diesel generally is dirtier so engines are built for it plus you have more error margin. Gas is dirty octane. If you got it up past 90% you would have cleaner gas than the store. This is generally more energy wastefull and inefficient but you could sell the products as "ggreen" gas since all the co2 comes out of the atmosphere from the trees and there is more co2( leaves and roots and such) taken out then you would be able to put back with burning. It is much cheaper to do this with ground oil deposits so that is what is done these days. Pine tappers ( probably the same guys who did midevil siegework tapper work) used to make pitch for houses and such and oil for oilamps out of sap and wood.

We have Rockefeller to thank for that. We have him to thank for a lot of the bad things in the world.

a) ongoing generator (process of dying) generates temporary reactors (living)...reactors need to choose to regenerate while resisting the temptation of wanting to ignore that.

b) everything (whole) represents infinite; everyone (partial) within represents finite opportunity to grow within infinity or ignore it.

Peak Oil was proven a hoax back in the 80s because they found 10x the amount of wells that was known back in the 70s and the price hit a rock bottom. In the 90s, a company called Schlumberger conducted seismic testing all over the world and found most of it and proved old wells replenished themselves.

Peak Oil is right there with the frauds of flat Earth and man-made climate change.

My old man was semi-retired from the oil business. He designed off shore jack up oil rigs. My great grandfather, was one of those guys buying up desert land in west Texas in the days of ‘There Will be Blood’. Those west Texas fields were tapped out long ago, but they were still desert and now polluted, so no one wanted to buy the land. The land sat on the family books for generations, but since it was undeveloped, the taxes were hardly anything.

It was discovered in the late 90’s that those old depleted oil fields from the 50’s had replenished by about a quarter. Which was unexpected: the oil was coming back. It took my dad and his brothers 14 years to get permission to drill. My dad had just retired, when they got the green light. He’s working again at 82, and loving it. He made a quite a bit when Trump was in charge. Its a lot easier to drill on land than at sea.

As you get older you realize every single goddamn thing most people believe is a fucking Jewish lie and obviously so.
