After reading the article in x0x7's thread it stated that 24% of students are homeschooling. Which programs are goat friendly? Has anyone here succeeded using any specific method?

Sounds like a variation of my preferred system: UNSCHOOLING. Do not ever even register the kids with the system. Let them each pursue their own interests. Be there to answer their endless questions. Explain history as they ask, making sure to teach the real heroes and villain's and explain why. As they get older, explain why most people believe weird things and explain how things got to be the way it is. Go to real libraries for books, never school curriculum books. Kids learn more and more easily when they are having fun. Let learning always be fun and let the naturally curious child guide himself.
I can instantly tell you 2 rules: One can maybe learn at home, but make sure that will be few kids at the end of any learning together, because of competition. More importantly, never ever learn anything from any screen, always use paper and pen for everything. This is probably most hidden "secret" bc of all the online business, but brain works totally differently in both cases - learning from screen has less than 50% efficiency comparing to writing or reading on paper, this is brutal medical fact. It's just different parts of brain are involved, when you face digital screen and not writing anything down, and it's useless, waste of time and bad for health.
Also, if kid is older, I would consider study in Europe, US and Canada now are part of Erasmus+ program, and in many EU countries you can study almost for free, you just pick the state and send a mail with questions: https://erasmus-plus.ec.europa.eu/contacts/national-agencies
One of the ways to ensure good language learning is to have several types of learning in large amounts. Reading, writing, cards, games, music, etc. Physically interacting in something you are learning really helps it to stick.
I don't know which program to use. We went with one that was supposed to be goat friendly but they sure did walk the line a lot. History, of course, was the worst. It seemed that everyone in the world lived perfect wonderful lives in peace and prosperity until ol evil Whitey shows up to ruin it all. Now we are looking for some place else to go with. Is it Ron Paul that has a home school program, or maybe it was a different politician? Anyway, that looked like it could be worth looking into.
At least you won't be bothered about mandatory jabbing your kids every year. A lot of people have success with groups that learn together. 5-12 kids is pretty common in city neighborhood groups

California was the only state were I could find a home based charter school. Amazing until this happened

By then sister was doing it and then they had to let "mandatory reporters"(the teachers) do home visits. Believe me neither party was happy about it.

Just fucking homeschool your kids.
Once you begin paths open up. Kids drive the cirriculum.

I recommend ~10 kids, alternating days with different parents working towards their strengths.
