They really don't. If we take a look at older statistics, we see that the current jewish population just don't match up.
In 1823 there were 950 jews (not counting secret jews obviously) and by 1905 there were already 700,000 jews in New York in which more than 1 in 6 was jewish in New York. That's over 7000% increase of the jewish population in New York alone in only 82 years! In 1920, the jewish population sat at 1,643,000, an increase of 134 % in just 15 years!
The reported of the jewish population in New York state in 2022 sat at only 2.2 million jews. So according to official records, in 102 years, the jewish population increased by only 33.9 %, a HUGE contrast to what was seen in the 19th century and the early 20th century in terms of the insane population rise of jews in New York in such a short time. Something does not add up here, I highly doubt the figure of 2.2 million is anyone near of being close the actual population of jews in New York. And this is only looking at New York, what of other states in the U.S or in other countries? We could be seeing the same trend there.
