You can’t, you have no chance, thats why the kikes in power push those conspiracies so you are always fighting something that you can never touch or see, never any names or addresses(unless it’s white supremacists of course!). But jews are things you can see and kill, that’s why they ban you for talking about them but not any other person or group. But im speaking to the choir here.
the only thing that you can actually control/ change is yourself
Been exercising for almost exactly a year now following a self-made program. I haven't gotten massive simply because of the equipment I use and my diet (I eat pretty light). Went from 172 to about 180, just picked up a bunch of lean muscle. Working on cutting down the body fat now, got some love handles that just piss me off. My abs are outlined, chest looks good enough, forearms have some vascularity, but my biceps are not picking up much. Triceps are solid. Been struggling with tennis elbow on my right arm for several months, shifted to dumbbell curls and it's going away. Evening out my biceps too, damaged arm had a bit of an underdeveloped peak on the bicep. Couldn't contract as hard or keep form as well.
I really wish I could squeeze in a power cage or smith machine somewhere, buuut I can't. The weight machine I have is okay enough, but it isn't perfect. Marcy MWM 980, if any of you are curious. Some stuff bothers my right shoulder. Gets a pinching feeling, probably impingement. Chest press I can hit 187 on (the manual comes with a weight chart givig you weight values accounting for cable resistance plus the actual weight being used and all that) as a 1-rep max, which is honestly disappointing to me, BUT I've got the rest of my life to get it up and considering all I've been able to use is that machine, a 35lb. kettlebell, two 30lb. DB's, and an EZbar with about 90lbs worth of weight.
I'm fucking rambling...
MY BOTTOM LINE IS I'M DOING STUFF AS WELL AS THINGS.
Oh, and cardio I've got a 2lb. jump rope I'll use for 6 sets of 50. 300 jumps, sometimes I'll go for 400 or 450 if I'm feeling good. Then I'll jump on a recumbent bike and go a mile and a half or two at about 12mph.
Do not underestimate that 2lb. rope. It will kicketh thy ass.
Considering getting into walking, I've read and heard a bunch of bodybuilding folks talk about how it's amazing for burning fat and avoiding muscle loss. Just takes a long time. 10k extra steps a day is a lofty goal, but a good one. I'll need to work that in.
The spiritual I've already been devoted to, because at one point I pretty much had nothing else.
Mentally I'm just fucking shot. I can't tell if I'm actually and legitimately depressed and just got used to it, normal, or what. Idk. Like, right now I'm in a pretty content mood to be honest. Weather is warming up a bit, just rained this morning, I like rain, and I'm about to finish my trainee application for appraising tonight.
Mentor said he's cutting me 50% once I'm doing stuff on my own, which is HIGH for a trainee. $300 each report, I could be making. If the market picks up and I did 4 or 5 reports a week, that's... What? $1200-$1500 a week? Sure, it's before tax, but that ain't bad.
Idk. I'll have to see then, that point is months away. I still gotta figure out what I'm even doing first. 🤣
Take this for what it is worth, another fucking idiot on the internet.
As a young one, I was wild, anywhere from rabid to downright "evil". I have learned a lot of things, just by listening, many times to my own mind when it is relaxed.
Spirituality has a lot more to do with meditation/ just thinking things through. Sounds like you have a plan that you are trying to execute, but in the spirituality part/ take a walk, and peruse your own mind. Keep your thoughts humble.
It sounds like you think you are doing the right thing, but you are worried about it. Like I said, take a long walk and meditate on the problem you want to solve.
What is it that you love/ hate. Be honest with yourself, should you have a backup? Don't let yourself get into stinking thinking either. Discipline.
"Mentally I'm just fucking shot. I can't tell if I'm actually and legitimately depressed and just got used to it, normal, or what." - the burden of the thinking man.
“Suffering becomes beautiful when anyone bears great calamities with cheerfulness, not through insensibility but through greatness of mind.” ― Aristotle
“If you want a safe compass to guide you through life, and to banish all doubt as to the right way of looking at it, you cannot do better than accustom yourself to regard this world as a penitentiary... If you accustom yourself to this view of life you will regulate your expectations accordingly, and cease to look upon all its disagreeable incidents, great and small, its sufferings, its worries, its misery, as anything unusual or irregular; nay, you will find that everything is as it should be, in a world where each of us pays the penalty of existence in his own peculiar way.” ― Arthur Schopenhauer, Studies in Pessimism: The Essays

Start there, live the life that is ideal to your beliefs, or at the very least try to attain that, whatever that might be.
Hopefully, with that done, people will become jealous and want to try and emulate.

If you look at one has been known throughout history, there are 3 aspects to good development.
1) Physical
2) Mental / Emotional
3) Spiritual
Generally, if you take care of 1, then 2 auto magically comes in line.
3 however, is something that you have to work at, and it can be even harder than 1 to find actual discipline in.
You're already halfway there, keep growing bro!
