Not really. Most of the people on the list were directly involved with the clintons and not necessarily involved with anyone else in the mob. Like the pregnant woman who had been fucking bill, shot, Twice, in the Back of the Head, yet, ruled a suicide. Or the arkansas officers that were assigned to his protection detail.
Now someone like Stephen Foster, he may have stepped on someone else's toes. Even then I would say that the clintons were part of the discussion before the deed was done.
