Meanwhile I'm never-jabbed, never wear a mask, am around people constantly, and have had the coof all of twice. Never actually took a test, but that's probably what it was. First time I thought it was the flu, and I was over it in 3 days. Second time it was a mild cough for a week, nothing more.

He's stating what the state has the authority to do to the best of his understanding as a legal expert- he is not arguing what is morally or ethically correct.

His refinement of his original point to include the prerequisite that the jab must display some historical treatment efficacy in order for the state to impose forced injections might be an after the fact jack-in-the-box gotcha secret joo trick, or it might just be a complicated issue being spoken about in real time revisited with hindsight.
