If this is really Atko, well his website might be really useful for Europeans, I'm thinking about this... like first step to Talk or smth. I wish I'd have more time, but I will check his website for sure.

Nobody who sells an equity stake in a business uses words like "around 30% I believe". Given the financial, and especially tax implications of any transaction of this nature - they are inherently quite specific.

After more thought, I don't think it is. Atko has told me in past that he regretted making Voat because too many people were wasting too much of their lives on a site style that is designed to be addictive.
