"Strang told KOMO that the charging cables are almost all rubber and interior insulation and hold only approximately $10 worth of copper within. The cost to the utility to replace each one is approximately $2,000 for materials and $500 for installation, she added." So is the crime the $10 theft, or the $2500 to replace the $10 theft?

If you tell that to niggers they will be trying to "breave it in sos day voice be gettin all high n shit". You'd have better luck telling them that there is gold in the batteries.
"The cost to the utility to replace each one is approximately $2,000 for materials... "the charging cables are almost all rubber and interior insulation and hold only approximately $10 worth of copper within.
So they are saying that the rubber and insulation within is worth $1,990. Wowsers! Where do we take our rubber and insulation!? Why would thieves even waste their time with the copper? Hahahaha.
On a more serious note. The day may come when a lot of us are cutting off the cables and not just for the money. It could be a strategical part of winning this war (((they))) have started against us.

Yeah, uh… I don’t post that anymore. I’m somewhat concerned it’s why Voat (the real one) was taken down in the first place. Also it clearly didn’t matter, since no one ever acted upon it and the feds are now using the identical narrative as a false flag…
You can, however, still see the post (I copied and pasted a bunch) itself on the SearchVoat archives.
They may have realized that would be the perfect vector for their attack, all that is left is to have the media repeat lies about who did it until it's believed, as per usual.
It's not like we've done anything to shore up defenses against that kind of attack. Quite the opposite, actually.
Oh, I maintain what I said in it. It’s the only real way we can fight back, because it’s the focal point (and crux, and bottleneck) of their power. It’s a single pillar upon which everything else rests. And, yeah, it’s totally dilapidated and could be taken down on a continental basis with minimal effort.
We just won’t. And why would we? The ZOG provides everything we want, and they’re not killing us in the next 24 hours, so literally nothing else matters.
Of course. Why would we inconvenience ourselves? We're too comfortable.
All you have to do is look at South Africa for how a 'collapse' goes. It just keeps going. There's not this 'magical' collapse point at which things change. They just continue to get worse.
I was pondering the future with EV's and I realized ICE drivers are kind of fucked since EV's take up so much time being charged, therefore, it would require a station everywhere they park, which will mean at least 5 stations for every EV (conservative estimate) distributed among every public place imaginable: grocers, retailers, entertainment venues, on-street parking, government offices, even churches -- EVERYWHERE. They're not going to build that many new spots -- they can't; the space doesn't exist, so they'll reserve all the best spots that would have been shared by all vehicle types. Don't be surprised if this means you will eventually be stuck parking your gas-powered vehicle -- even hybrids -- a block or two away, or even following the 15-minute city plan and using a designated lot and taking public transportation the rest of the way.
In that light, I suppose we should encourage druggies to loot as many chargers as often as possible. At least they'll finally be doing some good for society.

You'd extract the gold usually using mercury, so there's enough room for people to kill themselves quickly or slowly if they screw up.
