El Salvadorans are incapable of living decent non-criminal non-corrupt lives. When you look at a nation like El Salvador, ridden with crime, that is just El Salvadorans being themselves. Jesus cant fix this.

Good for this right wing christian guy whomever he is. But it aint enough. The problem with El Salvador is El Salvadorans. Nothing short of eugenics can correct it.

I agree with both of your points. El Salvadorans are known to have a lower average intelligence and lower "civilization" score in general. They are more mestizo than Spanish. Look at all of the similarly scored civilizations around the world and you will see corruption is rampant.

As for this guy, if you listen closely to his speech, it seems to be more manipulation than encouragement. I'm wondering when we will see his true colors.
