I love how they try and blame it on norms when those norms are just based on nature. You get woman together they tend to turn real catty and fake towards each other because nature made them that way to help capture mates. A male could float around as much as he wants so they need to compete for a limited resource of having the man stay and not stray. Men on the other hand has to learn to work together to accomplish goals. All of it is because of how we survive and not their tard ideas that we made it happen because of muh patriarchy or other dumb wording they use.

I worked at a very feminine, female majority company (owned by a man ha) and women do two things in the office- fuck around (gossip or snack usually) and fight with other women. Usually the fighting is stewing and plotting but sometimes it will turn hot and then everybody has to have a meeting because of their stupid bullshit.

The productivity depends on how many men haven't said fuck it and left

I'm trying to be objective but my experience is that, generally speaking females are not suited to the workforce mainly because they are not team-players they are me-me-me focused. And Me ghan Markle has simply made female meism appear acceptable!

What an absolute garbage article. All the problems with women in the workplace are blamed on men. Basically stating *all workplaces are created for men so women are screwed. As if there are no companies created by women. Women will always need a man's permission to succeed. By this, I mean, a man just does, a women cannot rise to the top without men allowing it and even propping them up. Women and their "all get along" ideals can't function without everyone* willfully submitting to their bullshit.

I could succeed and become the best, if you just stop trying yourself.
