This is a repeat of TARP, before the bankruptcies every Jew, Shabbos Goy, and others on the team get their money and then court issues a liquidation order to get the creditors paid and then some magical piece of legislation comes along to pay off the creditors and "reorganize" the companies. Rinse and fucking repeat.
