Update 14/3: This article has been updated after OpenAI’s GPT-4 announcement today in which it confirmed there is no video whatsoever in the model and images can only be inputted, not generated as previously thought.

That is a very easy task for AI and many much simpler models have been able to do that for years.

GPT-4 can fully interpret the meaning and context of complex and compound images, and articulate when and why something is funny:

Frankly, if you were to devise an IQ test around giving people these kinds of prompts and scoring the quality and correctness of their responses, it would likely score significantly higher than the average human already.

For code, it seems slower, but it takes less iterations to get things right. Been messing with it for the last few hours to do front-end work since I lack enough devs to do this bullshit for me.
