I'm not sure whether they're trying to highlight judge discretion when they bring that up, or complain about it. Niggers act more like violent animals, therefore when judges evaluate their behavior, they get longer sentences. Get rid of discretion if you want -- it's not my favorite thing in the world -- but if you encourage it don't complain about them using it.
