Physically impossible. The thrust of most small jets can't achieve those levels of G-Force. F16's Barely and the pilot would be dead as well.

i think the plan was to throw the passenger around the cabin and claim it was "turbulence." the rest likely had seatbelts/braced knowing it was coming. the news here is that there wasn't actually turbulence, meaning there was another cause for the passenger getting thrown around the plane.
