This is Flanders, most populous part of Belgium and speaking Dutch. The other part is Walloon, speaking french. The party in question, portrayed by everyone as 'far-right', is doing very well in the polls, but is ignored and opposed by all the other parties. They therefore stand no chance of ever coming to power.
