Something that pisses me off, the cop says "I asked you." Asking someone to do something implies the ability to refuse. Then he changes to "I told you." Which was it? Why do cops seem to have the beleief that everything they say must be obeyed and if it isn't they can then do whatever the fuck they want. I hate niggers but if anyone else told you "Can you come here?", then rapidly approached you, gave no indication why but became hostile, you wpuld have every right to defend yourself. With cops who have been unclear, they get to shoot.

Edit: Not only should cops not have the ability to cessate your rights without stating as much, their authority causes people to give up rights without knowing the don't have to, i.e. (Don't talk to law enforcement.)

Wrong. This is a common misconception. A cop is not obligated to tell you why you’re being arrested or detained until the initial field investigation is concluded or you’re safely in custody.
