"Permanent Moon Base" I'd like to see it .. the smart money says NASA under the auspices of the "Secret Space Program," has landed robotic self propelled landers a la the Mars Rovers on planets Mercury and Venus at least, and more probably other solar system bodies like Saturn's Moon Titan for instance, and is keeping mum about it.
