I was looking into a tiny home homestead
, at least 150km away from a large City in Australia

1/4-1-4 acre block

Compost Area
 Tiny home + Rocket Stove (Hot water + Heating + Light)

Two green houses half above ground, half below
 Shipping Container 10L - Outside bathroom

I'm actually on board with the concept of the tiny house.

You can buy an acre of land for 2,000 dollars. You can buy a shipping container for $5,000. Throw in a goat and a few chickens.
All in, you have ground you own under your feet for $10,000. Debt free.

Or, you can send $1,000 to Israel per month on rent. Money you'll NEVER get back.

Or, you can get a loan from a Jew to buy a McMansion be the jew's slave for 30 years.

But, yeah, buying land is what needs to be shut down OP.

That kind of tiny house is ok short term but you sound just live in it while you're building your real house on the same land.
