The government never has to commit crimes against citizens itself, it just opens the door to activist and vigilante employees to do the work for them.

It is said she was using her personal phone, which means she -- or any number of coconspirators -- could be in possession of a gun registry, ready to be delivered to the government or any militant NGO once the political atmosphere is ripe for a full-blown coup.

And that's just one agent; what are the odds that not even one of those 10,000+ employees hold similar radical political aspirations?
I wouldn't be willing to bet the life and freedom of myself and those I love on it.
