That works pretty good because young adult niggers usually don't have a driver's license that can prove their age. It's been taken away or suspended if they ever have one. Any nigger who looks under 30 without a license? Sorry you're going to need a parent!

It’s a contraction similar to the first word in this sentence. Albeit an informal contraction not used in written language but spoken often. It’s usually a result of fast speech which slurs two words together. There are lots of these words spoken together this way and are recognized speech some examples:

Article says Kings Island (KI), not Cedar Point. KI is outside Cincy in Mason, OH. Cedar Point is in Sandusky on Lake Erie. That's about 200 miles away.
