My first guess is that a US citizens' militia decided it was time to kill the illegals or lose our country. Then the US Army started protecting the illegals and the real firefight started.

The audio in the video is US Army weapons. No civilian in the USA has that kind of heavy machine gun legally (except for a few dealers / rental companies / rich guys with NFA paperwork.)
