This is almost certainly a public hospice. This poor white lady served Australia for over 90 years. She lived through the great depression and world war 2. People with dementia can, and do, become extremely violent. There have been cases of dementia patients killing other patients.

They need specialised care. Of course with the world going to hell in a handbasket and medical facilities and hospitals staffed by third world shitskins, it is all going to become even more hellish.
