Vitamin B - milk, cheese, eggs, meat, liver.
Vitamin D - sunlight
Omega 3 - eggs and sardines.

Omega 3 is a PUFA and you don't need it. If you do, for whatever reason, you're likely already getting enough.

Vitamin D? The sun is your best source. If you want omega 3 eat wild caught salmon once a week, that should be enough. Make sure to get it from a reliable source, I can't stress "wild caught" enough. That farm raised shit has color added. The b complex, I don't have a solid answer for ya. Probably shit like broccoli and cauliflower that tastes like shit. I take supplements for vitamin b, but you do you.

Farm raised salmon is actually low in Omega 3 and high in Omega 6.
