It does not mean menace people obviously, nor harass, nor threaten nor intimidate.
here i will explain exactly what it means, in short, simple detail:

1. Spread rumors your family, yourself, your business and property were harassed by the right. do not however file any legal documents nor police reports. Keep your rumor spreading 100% legal.

Rumors can be of any variety: "I was at the store, and supported [some woke shit] and two people in black skull masks claiming to be nationalists threatened to kill me."

Or "I put out a sign on my lawn saying [some commie bullshit], and my house was vandalized, threatening to burn it down if I didn't remove the sign."

2. People hear this, and if they're stupid, believe it, because the propaganda spread by the regime demonizes us.

3. The fear spreads. If you can get attention seekers to cry wolf, even better. The more dramatic the more effective.

4. Soon people fear supporting the regime, its propaganda, or marxism, or speaking out in support of it.

The more lurid the rumors the better. It also gives CEOs an out if they don't want their company to support it. "Safety" culture gives them a defacto excuse. And many people won't know what is true or not.

Where we want to be in terms of public sentiment is people believing and thinking "I don't want to speak in support of XYZ even though others around me are / I don't want to go to that counterprotest (riot) against pro-life supporters / I'm afraid to speak out or write letters or do anything because did you hear about all those people that got attacked/maimed/burned alive/etc?"

Remember, it is not illegal to spread rumors about what happened to you or nameless others.
