I do not think it is an IV line in his right arm, there is a pronounced vein on the back of his pickin' hand but no sign of "tracks" which IV drug users develop after yrs of needling themselves .. maybe Keef's much publicized drug problems were not so bad after all.

I was referring to the left arm, but upon reviewing the video on a bigger screen, I think it's just some queer bracelet. It looked like an IV that had been looped and taped down at the sleeve line, plus why would any man have two bracelets on the same arm?
