I already have. A sex cult got spotted and now there are plenty of cultists (another intolerable crime) that require execution. As far as the women who were victims, supposedly, it will have to be ascertained if their participation was voluntary and in knowledge of what they were doing (Do you want to be a sex slave? "Yeah OMG so amaazing!") as opposed to being mislead or involuntarily forced into such a denigrating position. If they willingly and in full knowledge accepted, they will be executed as well.

The victims of the cult could be compensated equally according to the value of any cult property that has been seized and any personal property of the to-be executed such as Ranier. It won't return their lives to normal or anything, but perhaps it will help them out.

Very simple. The only thing is filtering victims from voluntary participants. All that can be done is by simply asking them and keeping them unaware of potential benefits or consequences.

If they lie and we find out later, well great, that's just another reason to execute the whore if not for being a whore in the first place.

Any cultists, supporters of said cult, and those responsible in participating in the rape/adultery, enslavement, or other morally reprehensible acts will be shot. No exceptions, no excuses. Cults are not tolerated, and rape cults or whatever NXIVM was are in particular not tolerated.
