Even though it will seem 'obvious' that juice made from fruit should be good for you it is not. You can argue that it's better than soda but you need to understand that you are essentially drinking sugar water and in no way can that be considered healthy. What is more it's fructose as opposed to glucose and that comes with its own set of problems for human consumption.

For the fructose in fruit to NOT act like refined sugar in your body it must be consumed in the whole form ie. as the fruit. Watch a video on YT by Dr Lustig called Sugar The Bitter Truth for the science that backs up these statements.

I have no idea what monk juice is but fruit juice is fruit juice regardless of the fruit and should be avoided.

Agree. Same thing with orange juice or any other juice. You need the fiber in the pulp. A glass of Tropicana is as bad as a coke.

Is it from real monks?

It use to be, but they're outsourcing now. You gotta check the label, most of the companies use deacons now.

Make your own; almost anything factory made is bad for you.

How is juice not already naturally sweet enough? Monk fruit is great, but it’s far sweeter than pure sugar is anyway.

Idk about monkfruit but a new study shows that sucralose is real bad 4 u, and most of the time monkfruit products are diluted with stevia idk if it's the same as sucralose

Stevia is a plant, harmless as far as I can tell

Most in-store monk fruit products usually only contain a small amount of monk fruit sweetener, and are mainly made up of erythritol, which is a sugar alcohol, and is bad.

My rule is to stay away from all "novel" sweeteners. I prefer regular sugar if something needs to be sweet, and not too much of it. Usually I'm just trying to find stuff that doesn't have sugar or sweetener added. That shit is gross.

I do like juice, but I just drink regular juice if I'm not drinking water.

I'm healthy af.

A glass a day for the fruit vitamins is probably better than a soda, more than that is as bad or worse. A piece of fresh fruit and glass of water are better

Jury is out:

It's a fruit, though, so it should be fine. It actually belongs in the goard family, like pumpkin and squash. The other option is Stevia.
