If liberal feminist love women? And care about women's health? Why do they push so hard to kill babies?

They should be at least some effort on their side to help women keep their babies? But they only seem to care about killing babies? Or lie and say its women's health care.. if that was their real concern they would at least push for options 50 50.. ok help get them an abortion but also help them keep the baby
