100% sure? No. But considering how civilized and vaccinated countries don't suffer outbreaks of the common diseases you get vaccinated for, while undeveloped countries do, seems to give some credence to the idea that at least some vaccines do what they're supposed to do.
But I'll never trust a "vaccine" ever again. They lost me with the flu jabs, where people still ended up getting the flu anyway. COVID jabs were just the nail in the coffin for me.
What if the decrease in disease in developed countries is due to better hygiene and not vaccines? You know that many turn world nations do get vaccines and still suffer from the diseases.
