The banks will nod their heads, agreeing with whatever the treasury says, but the next time the (((globalists))) want to debank someone, the banks will do exactly as they're told. Again.
If the law says they can't they won't - no matter what the (((globalists))) want.
If they do they are liable to all sorts of damage and can very quickly have their loiscence revoked which means they will in effect be kicked out of the country for good - and be liable to any damages caused to all of their customers (including loss of reputation) - and it would be a rubber stamped win for the claimants as the bank acted unlawfully.
