Isn't also France the place when you are married the child is always your responisbility, vs when you are not, even if it is yours you can just walk away?

PS: Germany is just as cucked with paternity tests, also you can't disown your child there.

No, you have that wrong about France. Paternity tests are actually illegal in France, and getting one can even land you in prison. Presumably because the French are so famously unfaithful.
