voting does not longer matter. as indoctrinated pointed out the republic is long gone. what we have is an ungly caricature of what the founders intended for the people
The confession, which came during a House Judiciary Committee oversight hearing, confirms the testimony of an FBI whistleblower who told congressional investigators earlier this year that Bank of America sent the federal law enforcement agency a “huge list” of financial records for Americans who used the bank’s credit or debit cards in close proximity to Washington D.C. around the Jan. 6, 2021 Capitol riot. It also confirms a majority of Americans’ suspicions that the FBI is being weaponized against the people it’s sworn to protect.
Wow, I admit I would dismiss people who talked about using cards for payment as privacy-violating. I assumed it was just for aggregate data used by marketing etc. This example shows how valuable cash is.
This is due to the jurisprudence known as the third-party doctrine. The Constitution exists to restrict the federal government (except when it operates outside of its own legal scope by restricting states and even individuals through the fourteenth amendment).
Essentially, because the Constitution only Restricts Government Action™, when private parties act, the Fourth Amendment literally does not apply. Someone can break into your home and give anything they find to the feds and they will be able to use it against you in a court unless you can prove that the burglar was a government actor.
Google actually automatically reports known or suspected child porn images that people upload to their servers to the FBI and the information can be viewed without a warrant.
And the people violating it deserve to be captured, tried, and if found guilty, shot, as according to the law and the punishment for treason. Unequivocally.
My opinion on the thing is that the Federal government should not have access to any citizen's data at any time without a non-zogged warrant, whether it was given willingly by a corporation or not. This is clearly the intent of the 4th Ammendment. Big data is one of the most dangerous things in the jew/mason arsenal.
The Feds will withhold contracts from corporations who refuse to play along (see QWest https://archive.is/4tza8 and go after their leadership), and reward corporations with contracts that do what they ask.
They're stealing our tax dollars and using it against us, again.
Big data is so big the data centers consume as much energy as 100,000 homes. By 2030 big data will consume over half the electrical production on the planet. Do you understand why they talk about sustainability? It's sustainability for their plans, not for humanity.
The American people are complacent and uninterested in what is real, simply what makes them feel.
The fourth amendment, as with several others, have simply been sidestepped by corporate intervention. Now, all the government has to do is request data or access from a corporate interest and it receives it. In fact, the biggest consumers of the big data industry are governmental agencies. So, no, we do not live in a Constitutional Republic. That is well and gone. What remains is theater to pacify the masses so that they do not act and eventually will not be able to act as the replacement population is imported, the government assumes more control, the native population ages, and impositions like the mrna injection induce sickness and population losses. We are in a very bad place that many give lip service to, but do not truly comprehend. We are at war, a new kind of war, and despite it's continuance; we have been defeated. That is why race, tribe is so important. There is still power there. Without that, we are lost. So tribe up white man. Your life depends on it.
