Holy shit, nigger. This is from 4 years ago. The court, in Dallas, ruled that the father couldn't have sole custody because the mom and he had differing opinions about their child. The courts cannot deprive a parent of custody simply because the other parent has a differing viewpoint on medical issues. The court later rules that no transition would be allowed unless both parents agree to it.

Since that time. The mother has moved to California with that child and is using CA's protection laws to move forward with her child abuse.
