I can discuss why I think there is a large degree of variability in response/side effects to the vax:

1) manufacturing quality control. Several batches of vax have had a very high rate of adverse events. Not suprising given a brand new manufacturing process that many small contracted pharma manufacturers had no experience with.

2) quality control respecting the transport and handling of vaccines. I assume many of the potential dangers of this vax are rendered inert if the proper temperature of the vax is not maintained. If the vax is left out for too long it is a dud, a “placebo” probably.

3) Does the vaccinator hit muscle or a blood vessel when they inject the vaccinee? This could make a big difference as to which cells are destroyed in the vaccination process. If the mRNA is absorbed by cells in your bicep, its no big loss. If your heart muscle absorbs the mRNA, the immune system will kill off thoses cells.

I do not think this was a conspiracy to kill the peasants. I just think it was about greed and their poor quality control with a brand new platform was not up to snuff. They can afford to suppress and censor the adverse effects coverage —that was their strategy.
