White people have genetically recessive genes. Both parents have blue or green eyes. Often their children are blond until they progress to brunette. Or their hair is red. The rest of the world with rare exceptions where there has been some white admixture are dark haired brown eyed mutts. Much like the common yellow mongrel dog found all over the world.
