I own a ten appartement rental section near a university. I do not let niggers or single mothers rent them.
I do not screen for the background, just judge by looks and a quick conversation about what they do.
You cannot trust women or niggers if they state they are university/college students or work for some larger corporation. They get their education and jobs through affirmitive action.

You can still run a background check. Being a criminal usually means their credit is shit. You can deny them for that, and not mention that it’s because they’re a criminal and/or black as shit.
