This rules. I'll have to find a similar knitting pattern for big projects like this. Maybe to protect a garden from deer?

This is what women do, they take something practical like putting a fence around your garden and turn it into a big overcomplicated thing that takes way longer than it should just to make it look a tiny bit better.

Knitting is a sophisticated technology that is completely underrated by most people. The ability of one person to take a linear string and create a two-dimensional shape with structure that is permanent and useful and beautiful is really remarkable when you think about it.
