This is so awesome! Suck all the declining revenue out and into stupid shit that doesn’t produce anything. That is the ultimate and best plan to tank a once great city. Sure glad I live in the southern most tip of one of the most conservative and least populated counties in my state. I’m as far away as one can be in my county from any and all county services. It’s quite nice.
