If you are serious and actually asking for help then if your balls are really itching and you have sort of reddish welts or anything around it then you've got common jock itch and you need to just go to the local drugstore and get yourself some spray in a can that is anti-jock it antifungal spray. It will not go away on its own and it doesn't matter if you change your underwear a hundred times or don't worry any underwear at all. It's a fungus and you need to clear it up and it's non-prescription to buy and the can Will cost you about $8.

You might have jock itch caused by a fungal skin infection. If so, over the counter Lotramin cream applied twice a day for a week could help.

Well, this isn't medical advice so don't take this to heart, but rubbing alcohol will kill the fungi and bacterial parasites, then a thin layer of anti-fungal cream to prevent regrowth may be the best one-two combo to resolve the issue. Alternatively, with only rubbing alcohol, if you spray enough to really soak the scrotum then immediately set them on fire would also both kill the parasites causing the discomfort and replace with itch with excruciating pain, however I would not recommend this approach

The relief is pretty quick, might take a few days to cure it.
