Who else is old enough to remember when the jewsmedia and a good part of the medical community started (1960's) a scare campaign targeting dairy foods? Butter fat was eeevil and everybody needs to stop eating butter, ice cream, whole milk, sour cream etc. It was total horseshit but back then the public wasn't used to the Establishment lying to them about everything. Food is still a subject that the knuckleheaded "elites" like to use to scare people, like nowadays they say meat is eeeeevil. Shit.
All niggerfaggots need to learn to cook, at least a dozen things. Don't let strangers, niggers, illegals and queers mess with your food. Buy the best ingredients you can and learn to combine them and cook them.
Two sayings that have stuck with me are by Julia Child and John Folse. Mizz Julia said that her approach to eating healthily was to "eat some of everything." John Folse is a famous chef down here. He said "Don't be afraid of your food." Your food is what keeps your body and soul together on this Earth, so enjoy it.
Fuck the liars who are always trying to knock you off balance by wanting you to question things that you know are sound. Go have a beer, a good piece of meat, some potatoes and a roasted vegetable. Sleep soundly.
Shit, the only thing most women make from scratch these days is less itchy tits. I cook at my house. My wife will burn salad if given half an opportunity.
My theory is that if it was eaten by the White masses prior to 1800, it is perfectly fine. I am sure there are a few exceptions like sugar, but the amount per year was negligible in that case.
Sugar is fine in small amounts. But what counts as a "small amount" of sugar is so out of whack that you have to be more specific and spell it out to the sugar addicts: a hundred years ago people on average were eating as much sugar per year as people nowadays eat per day.
If you eat half a pound of sugar (230g) per year you are totally fine. Per day... not so much.
Also, sugar does - chemically speaking - the exact same thing in your body as alcohol. Beer belly and getting fat from sugar happen due to the exact same thing.
The real truth is that people should be doing their own lab work and actually measuring their shit. What is right for one is not right for another, and the ratios that are best depend. But that's not to say just eat what you want. Diabetics want to eat sugar but it doesn't mean that they should.
Back in the 60s people weren't afraid to invest serious money into something if it had practical value. Today people wince at any money leaving their hands for anything of real value but will spend 4 times what they could for nearly equivalent frivolities if only to feel like they are treating themselves. If we want a more serious society then we need one that spends more serious. Spend money on your health.
It is heavily dependent on genetics. Most White people can drink milk and eat cheese just fine. Many of us do great on high-protein, low-carb diets.
I think a lot of the bullshit is just that, bullshit poison put into most processed foods. And it's getting worse over time. Boxed food in the 50's, though rare, didn't have the garbage we have today.
Saying as such, it's a good idea these day to do your own "lab work". Your age, sex, calorie expenditure, and desired size plays a large part in your amount, while your genetics plays a large part in what you eat.
Plenty of lard,EVOO and whole butter. Lightly steamed veggies in season. Home canned meats, eggs and veggies over winter. Plenty of seasonal murdered protiens. Homemade whiskey is always best. @countrylife

Also, chemistry and food should not be mixed.
