Cars, not near the fire were turned to dust. Dustified engines. Same thing with Paradise CA and other areas. Melted, temperatures so hot it melted metals and turned things to dust. Trees can withstand much more of a blaze than one would think so long as it doesn't reach the canopy. Generally speaking the underbrush burns too quickly and it doesn't get hot enough to ignite the trunk as long as there isn't an excess amount of fuel on the ground. That's my argument.

Now let's hear yours as to why the color blue makes all manner of things impervious to ignition.

I don't know. I literally asked if he had a better idea why blue stuff seemed to be left untouched.

There's videos already showing blue material not being ignited by lasers so it's not some wild theory out of nowhere.

Fair enough. I've not really looked into it but it just seems cheaper and less risky to pay some junkies to light fires as opposed using orbital weaponry.
