Seen a bunch of people get shot in combat. If you see a guy get hit, that's pretty much what everybody does. Watch.
Cannot for the life of me think of one thing I could have done to keep the bullet from hitting them.

If I'm a gym owner and I see this, it's honestly grounds for getting your ass kicked out. Also, I'm talking like this is real, not fake. It is so ridiculous that I'd believe it was fake. Anyway, if someone asks you for a spot, and you agree, they're depending on you for help. At the least, this dude needs some education, or these retards need to be lifting on a bench with safety pins.

I would make it. If you all were open to returnable down payments to cover about half of the initial start up capital I'd do it in a second. But the first rule of white gym is you don't talk about white gym, except with trusted people.

But the cheapest anyone could get a small warehouse right now has to be around $2,000/mo on the absolutely lowest end, and finding 20 trusted white people who want to make use of the gym would already be about the limit for people you could find in one geographic area immediately, and so for rent alone that would be $100/mo membership. There goes half of your 20 people because more than half aren't going to go for that.

Probably a better bet is to just meet up in someone's basement and make due with less equipment than a full gym.

I'd pay that just for the networking opportunity alone. I'd rather it be an MMA club though, as I'm more of home-gym enjoyer.

That is true. I guess a pure white gym is worth $100/mo even if that's outside of what you wanted to spend on fitness. It really is only around $3 a day so it's within people's budget, but outside of what people have gotten used to spending elsewhere.

Yep. And that would then be more cost. But I personally would have no interest in leading such a thing. But if it was a club where we all knew each other and someone wanted to lead a cross-fit class they could use the space for anything they want. But probably sign wavers first because cross-fit gets stupid.
