I had a guy talking to me at a marijuana dispensary in AZ, from his oversized obese wheelchair, about how the dispensary isn't ADA compliant. I'm like this isn't a real pharmacy nigger. You see all those bars on the windows and guys with guns all around. Does that look like a doctor's office to you?

This is a fuckin' drug dealer's "house", so I suggest you treat them as such. Ironically, it was owned by a doctor. But that doens't make it a doctor's office.
