Maybe Betelgeuse woke up this morning and it only felt 10% exploded, so it shone on as usual.

Then finally show me how that gas/matter can exist in a vacuum without being physically contained. Meanwhile they are just lights in the sky that have never deviated from their orbit around the Earth, forming the exact same constellations because the "space" they exist in is not infinite nor expanding. Those lights are not unfathomable distances away.

If I recall correctly, it takes about 600 light years for the light from Betelgeuse to reach us. It is a red super giant that may very well have exploded by now, but fuck science nigger. Dudes a fucking tard.

Update: 2:00 am Monday Oct. 2, 2023 Betelgeuse is shining on as normal under a very bright Moon, itself a few degrees shy of what looks like will be a very close conjunction with planet Jupiter.

Thus from an astrological perspective Moon conjunct Jupiter in the star sign Taurus can denote over eating going on to gluttony in under developed persons .. so we will see what turns up I suppose, and whether the effect will be visible on the world stage.
