Where did you get the 51 million figure? The 2022 Ukraine census gives a total population count of 41 million. Even if the lower figure is true, how did 10 million people disappear from Ukraine? This is utter nonsense.

This is what the former Prime Minister said, in an unattributed screencap without date or time, that there are currently 23 million Ukrainians living in that country. Those numbers are wrong. The latest census in Ukraine was in 2022, and it showed 41 million, which the latest UN estimates agree with.
