I hear Baltimore is great. But inviting them deeper into the heartland is just encouraging race mixing and reducing the chance of genetic separation 10,000 years from now which is the scale you should think about genetics. People in jail are in for very different things by race. White guys are 90% DUI, possession, and fighting and domestic. Very few white guys sell; it's a tough place to be a white drug dealer since the blacks and Mexicans control it.
