Given unlimited resources and manpower what would be the most effective way to genocide a people without destroying infrastructureand nature?

We have multitudes of real world example of genocide. I'd like to genocide niggers without destroying Africa. So no nuking. Mud huts to mud huts extermination? Gassing that effects humans specifically?

That would kill the bulk yet it's not efficient at complete extermination.

Well,complete extermination would require going into the jungles and ferreting them out. And the jungle's a rough trek even without crazed niggers involved. Better to just let them starve out and then wipe out the ones you can. Any survivors will run to the jungle. Section those off and it's about as good as it's going to get without burning the jungles down.

Neutron bombs aka Enhanced Radiation Weapons(ERW). Look into them, it is kind of interesting subject.

Basically just kill via radiation that does not last a long time, without the destructive force of a nuclear bomb by removing the u-238.

There used to be a lot more information on them, and supposedly they had tests that were highly effective in small payloads that could literally target a circumference of a few miles in a targeted attack that would just wipe out a neighborhood, but leave all the infrastructure intact.

Poison the water supply. Massive doses of something that kills so many people so quickly that most of them are dead before anyone figures out what is happening.
