Conservatives are armed and trained, but will never shoot, so they may as well not be.
We've seen them, they go out with their guns, march around with them for a bit, and then go home. That's the most they can do under a government they strongly disagree with.
Conservatives are a bunch of pussies posturing as being the courageous sort. And they are heavily influenced by the morals taught to them in the jew media of yesteryear.
Today? You'll get rejected, and probably harassed by security or police if you keep it up, then you go home feeling like shit and more alone than you were before.
At that point you might as well accept your villainy and actually get something out of it.

They are well read and educated, they work out like crazy, might even be entrepreneurs.
Self improvement is a popular meme within the manosphere and especially among incels.

The few who succeed have to be exceptional, and even then they can't do anything but try to compensate for their pasts with what's left of their future, while still living in the system that destroyed them.
These men are broken, they didn't have an ordinary childhood, or normal adolescence, the basic standard life experiences that others take for granted were denied to them, they did not develop well because they weren't allowed to.
They have been ruined by a system and suffered immense trauma that lasted with them and will affect their lives forever (even if they get any better, they can only deal).
These aren't dysgenic subhumans either, they are wicked smart, physically capable, and not hideously ugly.
Under different life circumstances, or if they were born just a few decades earlier than they were, they would have been wildly successful.
Modern education, modern psychiatry, modern parenting, the state of society during their developmental years, these are the catalysts that left them as they turned out to become.
How about learning something about the groups you criticize before criticizing them?
Society is broken, that why these men are broken.
Deal with it? Adapt? That what they are doing, and this IS the way they can do that.
They deal with things by changing the world around themselves, they adapt to their conditions by becoming the kind of cold hearted monsters they need to be to get ahead in this world.
They've cut the Gordian knot, rather than playing women's games they've decided to play the game in a way that gives men the advantage, we start simply taking the women we want and force then to give them the families they always wanted.
Women will adapt in turn by becoming the kinds of wives these guys would most want to have, they will still get love, or a reasonable facsimile of it, if they take it by their God given might.

There's nothing for it but to a) set your expectations realistically. If you're a male 5 you're only gonna have access to female 4's and below unless you have some big offset like a lot of money or great muscles. and b) do things to up your perceived value to women. Like getting in shape, doing mma, grooming 100% on point, starting your own business. etc.
Women may be complex in a lot of ways but it some ways they are dead-simple. They want to be able to brag about their guy. Either how cute he is, how strong he is, how rich he is, rarely how smart he is but you really have to be exceptionally smart and doing something of perceived value with your intelligence and then only a small subset of women will recognize and appreciate that. But you gotta give em something.
And you gotta not be super awkward socially. The cheat code for that is acting like you don't care too much. You gotta make her AND yourself believe it doesn't matter. To her that projects competence and confidence and to you it allows you to let flops roll off you without crushing your spirit and self-esteem.

This isn't just forcing yourself upon her for one night so that she may abort your kid at the earliest opportunity.

Well, instead of this being an argument for us to enforce their rules upon each other, my suggestion is that we refuse to follow the laws imposed upon us by yids and create our own set of rules for ourselves to live by, or we can force them to follow the laws they forced us to follow. I'm obviously a fan of the former option more than the latter.
If you want women to not be the slaves of men, you should not be preventing others like yourselves from enslaving women, but instead going after the men at the top and stopping them, otherwise you are just a lapdog for the system you pretend to stand against.
