Translation:

Biden's handlers know goddamm good and well that Old Mother Hubbard's cupboard is well and truly bare, but (((THEY))) don't want to be the ones who have to go on record telling the whole world that there's no more fucking money. If there was even one more shekel left in the till, they wouldn't bother asking this time anymore than they have previously.

So this is their way of putting it on Congress to be the bearer of the bad news.

Biden: "Golly-gosh and gee-willikers, Mr. Netanyahu! I'd sure love to just be able to send a whole plane-load of shekels your way, like I've been doing for the Ukrainians all this time, but darn it, wouldn't ya know it, I asked the Congress for the funds and those mean old anti-semitic republicans are refusing to support our bestest friends and allies in their hour of need!"

Funding cant be done until a new 'speaker of the house' is elected. That is weeks away at least. and even then it will be a struggle to secure funding. Gaetz has set the standard now.

I'm so sick and tired of my tax money going to parasites. It's all so tiresome. Sigh.
